US Product Return/Exchange Policy & Instructions

We handle returns on a individual basis with the ultimate goal of making sure our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your OP//TECH product, we will be happy to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).

The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted:

·        Item(s) must be unused and resalable

·        Item(s) must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

·        Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear

·        Complete the return form included with your original shipment

*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

We will send a confirmation email once item(s) have been received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your item has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 days to your original form of payment.
