The pad is constructed of a unique combination of neoprene and memory foam - allowing for the perfect balance of give for a plush feel and support for carrying heavier loads. Non-slip backing ensures the pad stays firmly in place on your shoulder at all times. The Lycra® binding produces a soft edge and completes the premium look. For use on 1-2" webbing widths and can be easily put on or taken off with the hook and loop closure system.
